I am deeply grate­ful to the Mu heart of Maui.

It was with joy­ful deter­mi­na­tion to com­plete my train­ing in shaman­ic breath work that I trav­elled to Maui to go into spir­i­tu­al retreat and receive ini­ti­a­tions with the ener­getic lin­eages and ethe­re­al earth ener­gies that brought forth the teach­ings of this beau­ti­ful ancient tech­nol­o­gy of breath.

While I was on retreat there, I expe­ri­enced a trans­for­ma­tion­al jour­ney that has since opened up a more pro­found depth of love with­in to hold space for myself and others.

Through cer­e­mo­ni­al breath­work, a pow­er­ful link was made to fiery Pele and I was guid­ed through a mud­dy bam­boo for­est to a lava tube which fur­ther enriched this connection.

Lat­er in med­i­ta­tion, offer­ings were made to Spir­it here at the beau­ti­ful Haleakala vol­canic mountain.

Final ini­ti­a­tion with my mentor/friend Taya Raine took place in a cir­cle hid­den away in the soft­ness of Iao Valley.
