About

Born in Detroit Michigan, family circumstances moved my family to Canada. This was a transformative move, propelling me at a young age on an ardent search towards a greater sense of wholeness. My personal exploration was fueled by my desire to come to a greater understanding of what being human is in relation to suffering. At the time I was inspired by Don Juan’s words to Carlos Castaneda.“To the ordinary man, everything that happens to him is either a curse or a blessing. To a warrior, each thing is a challenge.” I saw the healing challenge of being authentic and kind when taking on the responsibility of offering help to others without imposition.

Over time my healing journey revealed layers of programming from a variety of sources in place to reinforce angst and hardship. As I cleared herself of these old patterns and recovered more of my own life force energy, it became apparent to me that the suffering that fills human stories could be reprogrammed to create a shift into a life infused with joyful purpose.

Over the years I have developed my devotion to embody my life force energies in a flow towards ever greater wholeness and inner peace. And my devotion to service to others has grown. My presence acts as a catalyst and conduit of sound and light frequencies, grounded in my awareness of the uniqueness of everyone within the universal background of our shared humanity.

I have matured to be able to offer the experience of a creation of a loving crucible in sessions for the unfoldment of creative healing solutions.

Studies and other Experience

I graduated from York University in Theatre Direction /Psychology. Spent a few years on the theatre scene before studying at ISIS- Canada to graduate as an Expressive Art Therapist. For several years I was part of a research project with the Toronto School Board in alliance with the Clarke Institute, and later the George Hull Centre. In this project, I partnered with teachers to use drama in the classroom as a means of connecting with “at risk” children.

My experience deepened into the body- mind connection for six years at the Muki Baum Treatment Centre For Adults and Children with Complex Disabilities.  Here working as an Expressive Art Therapist, I was being informed very much so from the physical body, and the importance of being comfortable in our own skin. This interest led me on to various studies of body work; completing certification in Kundalini yoga teacher training, extensive personal work in shamanic healing, and training in sound, movement and breath work throughout Canada and the United States.

In 2006, I began a full time study in Massage Therapy at Kikkawa College and graduated with honours. After establishing a RMT practice, I then took a deep dive into Acupuncture studies (Chinese Medicine) to graduate with honours from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy (AIM) in Toronto.

In getting to know client’s over the years, it became apparent that many face the responsibility of supporting their aging parents and other relatives. The meditative quality of my work and my passion to assist others led me into training at the Institute of Traditional Medicine In Contemplative End of Life Care. When called upon I am now honoured to offer soothing touch in palliative care as a death doula.

To continue to offer the best therapeutic healing space for others, I maintain my focus and ingenuity by exploring my own creative process, My personal experience with breath work and meditation, along with art and energetic sound and healing approaches provide a fertile ground for me to be a compassionate witness and facilitator with clients on their own healing journeys..

Phosphorus Flame Healing Intention

A brilliant equilibrium emerges in when we open up to our inner healing power.

The beauty of this balance is often witnessed by me in session.

I envision the harmonious union of water and fire, seeing a flame burning at ease within a watery realm. Symbolizing in the moment, the resolution of duality.

P Flame

Phosphorus Flame healing holds the intention of going beyond the struggle in duality to a greater state of harmony. I embody this intention in sessions with whatever modality is being called for in the moment.

The evolution of modalities in session such as the inclusion of Light Language reveals the potency found when the present moment is keyed into and intention of service is to the highest healing gesture.

Yoga nidra meditation, breathwork, energetic sounding sessions and other modalities can also be accessed on line and by phone.
